We include your tracking number and tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. From there you can find out in real time where your package is. Please allow 24 hours after placing your order for the status of your order to be updated.

Orders are being sent out as you read this and cannot be canceled while being processed. Once you receive your item you can take advantage of our easy returns process.
I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS OR MAKE OTHER CHANGES TO MY ORDER:
Due to our quick shipping times, we cannot update your address or make changes once your order has been placed. If we receive your order back as “Return to Sender,” our Returns Department will issue store credit within 5-7 business days of receiving the package so you can conveniently replace your order with the correct address.
MY ITEM DOESN'T FIT/I DON'T LIKE IT, AND WANT TO RETURN IT:

Unfortunately, due to the high-demand we cannot confirm the availability of items for exchanges by mail. We don't currently offer pre-paid labels in advance.
I RETURNED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE ISSUED?
Our Returns Department typically takes 5-7 business days after receiving an item to issue a refund. You will receive an email once your refund has been issued.
